BROOKLYN ACADEMY OF MUSIC
Dayton organized and ran the largest subsurface vibration monitoring project in the NYC subway, covering 3 levels of tunnels with over 30 remote monitoring devices.
Dayton provided technical subsurface monitoring during all foundation construction activities for one of the largest residential structures ever built in Brooklyn.
HUNTER ROBERTS PYRAMID
Dayton created a vibration control plan for this residential wonder, which was designed by Danish architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group and built on the Hudson River in Midtown NYC.

Dayton provided pre and post construction inspections and remote monitoring services for all buildings within the critical zone of influence of the construction.

Dayton monitored vibrations during deep foundation construction to ensure the protection of this national treasure.
I-95 ELEVATED ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION
Dayton was on-site during this multi-phase reconstruction and roadway widening project on one of the most traveled stretches of highway in the U.S. .

Dayton monitored vibration and sound impact on research specimens during a multi-floor reconstruction project.
PHILADELPHIA MUSEUM OF ART
Dayton designed and implemented a plan to monitor and control vibration and sound propagation in this critically sensitive environment.

Dayton designed and implemented multiple remote project controls during the project to reconstruct seawalls around this structurally compromised historic facility.
NJ TURNPIKE EXPANSION
Dayton protected the Texas Eastern gas main during multiple widening projects between Exit 8A and Exit 4.
LIBERTY SCIENCES CENTER/HOLLAND TUNNEL – GRAND STREET VIADUCT
Dayton monitored and controlled daily vibration activity without interruption of tours or traffic during the reconstruction of the elevated roadway at NJ Turnpike Exit 14.
WALTER REED HOSPITAL
Dayton provided engineering services to develop a model to simulate the effects of vibration impact on this historic building prior to the upcoming implosion of its adjacent Georgia Avenue Campus.
Dayton conducted implosion and vibration analysis of Baylor’s original football stadium, which served as a home for the Bears from 1950 until it demolition in 2016.
AMERICAN AIRLINES CENTER
Dayton oversaw the simultaneous implosions of six 5-story buildings at this training center.
Dayton completed predictive vibration analysis for the implosion demolition of the Georgia Dome and its effects on nearby structures, including the CNN building, the Mercedes Benz Stadium, the MARTA transit system, and all underground utilities.

Dayton monitored and analyzed the implosion of an 11 story structure in downtown Dunwoody, GA.

Dayton monitored the implosion demolition of multiple industrial structures within this plant.
