WILLIS AVENUE BRIDGE

Dayton conducted detailed inspections and provided monitoring services during the demolition of the original pier structures.

HUDSON YARDS

Dayton was on-site and provided key technical services for the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States.

ATLANTIC YARDS/BARCLAY CENTER

Dayton provided uninterrupted monitoring services using remote project controls for the entirety of this 3 year project.

UNITED NATIONS EXPANSION

Dayton provided protection for the United Nations using technical monitoring practices during the largest vertical addition to occur on US soil

BROOKLYN ACADEMY OF MUSIC

Dayton organized and ran the largest subsurface vibration monitoring project in the NYC subway, covering 3 levels of tunnels with over 30 remote monitoring devices.

CITI POINT

Dayton provided technical subsurface monitoring during all foundation construction activities for one of the largest residential structures ever built in Brooklyn.

HUNTER ROBERTS PYRAMID

Dayton created a vibration control plan for this residential wonder, which was designed by Danish architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group and built on the Hudson River in Midtown NYC.

BROOKLYN NAVY YARD – ADMIRAL’S ROW

Dayton provided vibration monitoring and protection to the Commodore’s residence along with other major historic structures through finite engineering practices.

BEEKMAN TOWER

Dayton provided key monitoring services during the construction of this modern masterpiece, located in NYC's financial district.

BROOKLYN HUB

Dayton ran one of the largest vibration monitoring projects in Brooklyn history, with over 30 combined devices actively monitoring the surrounding surface and subsurface structures.

NYU TANDON SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING

Dayton provided pre and post construction inspections and remote monitoring services for all buildings within the critical zone of influence of the construction.

JFK AIRPORT

Dayton provided geotechnical services, such as settlement plates and inclinometers for remote project controls, and assisted in the design and construction of the ongoing Runway Stabilization Project for the Airport.

CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL OF PHILADELPHIA

Dayton’s longest relationship. We provide key technical services, including monitoring and analysis of multilevel response data, to control enviroments for exploratory research.

INDEPENDENCE MALL VISITOR CENTER

Dayton monitored vibrations during deep foundation construction to ensure the protection of this national treasure.

I-95 ELEVATED ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION

Dayton was on-site during this multi-phase reconstruction and roadway widening project on one of the most traveled stretches of highway in the U.S. .

THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY

Dayton monitored vibration and sound impact on research specimens during a multi-floor reconstruction project.

PHILADELPHIA MUSEUM OF ART

Dayton designed and implemented a plan to monitor and control vibration and sound propagation in this critically sensitive environment.

PHILADELPHIA WATER WORKS

Dayton assisted in the reconstruction of the main seawalls along the Schuylkill River adjacent to this landmark building.

UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA

Dayton monitored and analyzed the vibration impact to the proton therapy unit during a 100 foot deep blasting project.

EXXON MOBIL BAYWAY REFINERY

Dayton used finite engineering practices to ensure to high pressure gas mains and storage tanks were not damaged.

NORTH INLET - ATLANTIC CITY

Dayton provided remote vibration monitoring for the construction of the seawall after Superstorm Sandy.

REVEL CASINO

Dayton controlled piling installation activities, where piles were installed to an average depth of 200 feet.

BORGATA CASINO AND SPA

Dayton assisted in the design, construction, and stabilization of jack plate pilings after the final construction for this project was completed.

SANDY HOOK COAST GUARD STATION

Dayton designed and implemented multiple remote project controls during the project to reconstruct seawalls around this structurally compromised historic facility.

NJ TURNPIKE EXPANSION

Dayton protected the Texas Eastern gas main during multiple widening projects between Exit 8A and Exit 4.

LIBERTY SCIENCES CENTER/HOLLAND TUNNEL – GRAND STREET VIADUCT

Dayton monitored and controlled daily vibration activity without interruption of tours or traffic during the reconstruction of the elevated roadway at NJ Turnpike Exit 14.

WALTER REED HOSPITAL

Dayton provided engineering services to develop a model to simulate the effects of vibration impact on this historic building prior to the upcoming implosion of its adjacent Georgia Avenue Campus.

BAYLOR UNIVERSITY

Dayton conducted implosion and vibration analysis of Baylor’s original football stadium, which served as a home for the Bears from 1950 until it demolition in 2016.

AMERICAN AIRLINES CENTER

Dayton oversaw the simultaneous implosions of six 5-story buildings at this training center.

GEORGIA DOME

Dayton completed predictive vibration analysis for the implosion demolition of the Georgia Dome and its effects on nearby structures, including the CNN building, the Mercedes Benz Stadium, the MARTA transit system, and all underground utilities.

STATE FARM BUILDING

Dayton monitored and analyzed the implosion of an 11 story structure in downtown Dunwoody, GA.

KRAFT ENERGY PLANT

Dayton monitored the implosion demolition of multiple industrial structures within this plant.

DUKE ENERGY

Dayton monitored multiple implosion demolitions of industrial structures throughout NC and GA.
